BDM Credit Management was created to help businesses get their debtors under control.  We specialise in B2B transactions and our focus is on establishing and maintaining customer relationships. 

Any contact with your customers is another opportunity to provide great customer service.  For your customers to have a positive experience when being asked to pay leaves them with a greater respect for your business, and strengthens the relationship even further.

We have two main approaches to helping our clients:

We do it for you…  If you do not have a dedicated credit professional to manage your debtors.  We work remotely and check your accounts daily and follow up on unpaid accounts.  We note all contact within your system and supply a weekly report of all contact made and highlight any issues or concerns.  We can also process credit applications and allocate payments, and any other tasks that fall under the AR/Credit role.

We show you how to achieve best practice… If you do have a team in place, but despite their best efforts, they are simply not getting the results that are needed.  Perhaps the business has grown and your team are not coping.  Your staff are stressed and morale is slipping, and so is your cash flow.

We perform a full assessment of your current practices, speak to all stakeholders on what they believe the pain points are and what you want to achieve.  We then recommend strategies and policies to be implemented.  We can assist with the implementation and offer training and post implementation mentoring for your team.  

The end result is your debtors are easily managed by your existing team, which ensures improved morale, increased cash flow and less bad debts.

CM Accounts Receivable Services is focused on supporting two key groups of business people.

Group Two are contractors or business owners who operate a business that offers Accounts Receivable Services.

We can find work for people who wish to earn additional income  working as contractors. We also help business owners who are looking to add new customers or create a new business.
